Shipping
K-Zip Knits ships to addresses in Canada using Canada Post and to international addresses via Canada Post.  We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible after it has been received.
We will notify you by email when your parcel has shipped. Shipping rates are calculated according to the weight of your order, and your location.
International orders will have the option of either Surface or Air Service rates. Delivery times for these services vary depending on the destination - for detailed information, please visit Canada Post's website. Please note that Surface parcel service can take up to 12 weeks for some locations.

Note: in the event that the actual cost of shipping is significantly lower than the calculated rate (e.g. for small orders such as a single pattern), we will provide a partial refund on shipping costs.

K-Zip Knits is not responsible for taxes, duties or customs fees that may apply to international shipments.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love our yarn as much as we do, so if you are not satisfied with your order, yarn in original condition (original skein, uncaked)may be returned for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs to return merchandise are the responsibility of the purchaser.
